01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

Set along a calm street north of Senso-ji, Yakiniku BEAST serves refined yakiniku centered on Tajima-brand Ota beef. One of the signature offerings, Today's Ota Beef 5-Cut Assortment, allows diners to compare the delicate marbling and deep savory depth across different cuts, with a half portion also available for parties of 2 or more. The menu explores beef fat and flavor across diverse preparations, from the lightly seared 3-second seared loin and Ota beef yaki-suki dipped in special egg sauce to lavish thick-cut steak and chateaubriand.

From Beef Tongue and Offal to Refreshing Cold Noodles

Beyond Ota beef loin and lean cuts, the supporting selections are equally noteworthy. Pleasingly textured thick-cut tongue and premium tongue lead the way alongside offal cuts such as marucho (small intestine), shimacho (large intestine), premium mino (first stomach), and tsurami (cheek), available à la carte or as assortments. After savoring the sweet richness of the fat, many guests round off the meal with sudachi reimen, a house staple cold noodle dish brightened by citrus acidity.

Relaxed Dinners and Weekend Lunches

The dining room features counter seats alongside tables, welcoming dinner guests throughout the week as well as weekend lunch diners from 13:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. The drinks list includes beer, wine, and cocktails, while special course menus requiring advance reservations cater to celebrations and gatherings. Equipped with child chairs and diaper-changing facilities, it accommodates everything from casual gatherings with friends to relaxed family meals.
